Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be addressed in writing and sent by email to the Secretariat of registration:

The organisers will retain:
- 20% of the agreed fee if the cancellation is made before June 30, 2021
- 50% of the agreed fee if the cancellation is made between July 1 and July 31, 2021
- 100% of the agreed fee if the cancellation is made after August 31, 2021.
